Senior Business Claims Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of complex/sensitive/high risk commercial property claims.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide expert advice and approvals above authority.
You will have the chance to review and settle problematic cases, set reserves, and authorise payments.
Essential Responsibilities:- Manage a complex portfolio of claims, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a referral point for claims officers, providing guidance and support.
- Review and settle cases that require specialist knowledge.
- Authorise payments and set reserves in accordance with company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance principles and practices.
