Job Description:

As a retail service specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers. You will lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service, supervise the execution of customer service programs, and ensure that the telephone is answered according to company policy.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, process retail customer returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure that all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead store team members in providing exceptional customer service
  • Supervise the execution of customer service programs
  • Ensure that the telephone is answered according to company policy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with various stakeholders, including customers, team members, and management.
  • Certification: Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
  • Retail Sales Experience: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, is highly desired.
  • Automotive Systems Knowledge: Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
