Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Navision specialist to manage, support, and enhance our on-premises ERP system. This role will serve as the primary system owner, partnering with business and integration teams to ensure stability, optimize performance, and drive ongoing growth.

About the Role:
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for an expert in Microsoft Dynamics Navision to lead our ERP initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Navision system, ensuring seamless integration with other applications.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, SOPs, workflows, and training materials to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
  3. Partner with Finance, Operations, and leadership to align processes and prioritize enhancements that drive business value and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with Integration teams to maintain and evolve system interfaces (CRM, payment, inventory, etc.) to meet evolving business needs.
  5. Lead the consolidation of legacy systems into Navision, overseeing migration, validation, and training to minimize disruption and maximize benefits.
  6. Monitor system health, data integrity, and performance; recommend improvements to optimize overall system reliability and responsiveness.
  7. Manage vendors, patches, and upgrades to ensure timely and effective delivery of critical updates and security fixes.
  8. Support change management through targeted training, communication, and documentation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new features and capabilities.
  9. Promote ERP governance, backups, security, and compliance standards to safeguard sensitive data and maintain regulatory adherence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
