Senior Business Analyst Role

About the Job: As a senior business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in capturing all business requirements while ensuring project success.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria as part of an agile software delivery team.
  • Develop use cases and process flows to support software solution development.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in travel or other internet-scale environments is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of the travel or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of business process re-engineering and improvement.
  • Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops.
  • Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Attention to detail and effective organisation and time management skills.
