Strategic Growth Expert

A key player in driving the company's growth, this role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Proactively identify, target, and engage with wholesale investors, HNW individuals, and family offices through strategic networking, referrals, events, and other lead-generation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's investment products, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs and objectives of prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in Australia's investment landscape to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to Australian financial regulations, including ASIC guidelines and relevant licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and client feedback to senior management, providing insights to inform business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in market research, sales, and relationship management. They will be able to think strategically, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the Australian investment landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Candidates should have a degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
