Team Facilitator

This is a leadership position that enables squads to deliver work in a healthy and productive manner. The Scrum Master works closely with squad members to support communication with internal and external parties, improving transparency and radiating information.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong facilitation skills, conflict resolution techniques, and situational awareness. Experience with servant leadership, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency is also required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, the ability to immerse themselves within the team, and lead them to deliver on business objectives.
We are looking for a skilled professional who can work closely with product owners to educate and support them with grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fostering a safe and trusting environment for squad members
- Leading squads to deliver work in a healthy and productive manner
- Providing support to the teams using a servant leadership style
