Director of Facilitator Team Development

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee recruitment, training and quality of our facilitator team.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the Disability Inclusion reform achieves its aims and objectives, including maintaining the integrity of the profile process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancements relevant to delivering a high-quality facilitator service.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and training of facilitators
- Maintenance of quality standards
- Ensuring Disability Inclusion reform objectives are met
Degree qualification in an Allied Health profession (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist)
At least 10 years of experience working in or with schools
Natural leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills and ability to develop high-quality written materials
