The Role

As an integral member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our office. Your versatility and ability to adapt to changing priorities will be essential in succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the company and other departments as required
  • Facilitating the running of our admin area through various tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Assisting with projects, including start-up growth, new offices, and future initiatives
  • Supporting reception and events in our Gallery space
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively unsupervised
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Hospitality experience is not essential but is preferred
