About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at the Parramatta Aquatic Centre. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging group fitness classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Develop and implement new class programs and formats to keep our members engaged
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to promote a culture of health and wellness within the centre
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in group fitness instruction (e.g. Certificate III in Fitness)
  • Experience teaching group fitness classes in a aquatic or fitness environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
