Online Presence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Presence Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts.

This role will be responsible for creating best-in-class strategies, breakthrough creative content, and leveraging both established and emerging platforms to engage new and existing customers and drive acquisition of our products.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing and digital roles with experience in website management and SEO/SEM. They will be responsible for managing our online presence, including strategy and content creation, community engagement, influencer campaigns, and website development and maintenance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead 'Always On' social media strategy, overseeing content creation and agency partnerships to drive engagement and sales.
    • Act as the internal expert on paid and organic social, optimizing performance based on data.
    • Manage community engagement and execute influencer campaigns.
    • Develop, publish, and maintain website content (homepages, landing pages) and the YouTube channel.
    • Enhance user experience, guide development, and conduct thorough quality assurance.
    • Manage domain names, optimize information architecture, and maintain CRM lightbox.
    • Drive on-page SEO, including keyword strategy, content publishing, and performance feedback.
    • Implement best practices for off-platform search (SEM), collaborating with internal teams and managing local agencies for execution.

This role has no direct reports and will work collaboratively with the brand team, broader digital hub, and agency partners.
