Community Program Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Community Program Manager to lead our Kit Cares Community Kickstart program. This is a career-defining opportunity to leverage your experience and network to engage national sporting organisations, media partners, and consumer brands.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have proven success in developing and managing community or grassroots programs that drive engagement and measurable impact. They will be responsible for building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, designing and executing grassroots campaigns and toolkits, overseeing operational delivery, and defining and tracking success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and measurement of the Kit Cares Community Kickstart program.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Design and execute grassroots campaigns and toolkits.
  • Oversee operational delivery.
  • Define and track success metrics.
