Customer Engagement Specialist

As a Customer Engagement Specialist in the Tech for Social Impact team, you will partner with social impact organisations across Australia and New Zealand to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage key decision-makers and build trusted relationships with social impact organisations.
  • Bridge technology and purpose by aligning social impact organisations' outcomes with Microsoft's AI and cloud solutions.
  • Accelerate results by developing and implementing territory, account, and opportunity plans that drive scalable customer solutions and innovations.
Inspiring Innovation
  • Lead virtual workshops and deliver strategic business cases and roadmaps that align with customer KPIs.
  • Champion data-driven decisions and encourage visionary thinking.
Driving Sales Excellence
  • Unlock growth opportunities by designing and executing scalable territory and account strategies.
  • Cultivate ecosystem partnerships and lead pipelines and forecast sales excellence.

Qualifications: 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience or equivalent experience required. Strong skills in digital engagement and relationship management are essential.
