We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our organization's next phase of growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the implementation of our strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our mission and sustainability goals.
  • Governance & Compliance: Uphold high standards of governance and regulatory compliance, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Fundraising & Partnerships: Drive growth by establishing partnerships and expanding our donor network, with an emphasis on government grants and corporate sponsorships.
  • Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent us in the health sector and with government bodies, advocating for the needs of those with neurofibromatosis.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage budget development, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency to maximise impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; health sector experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years' leadership experience in a not-for-profit organisation ideally in a role that has involved securing government and/or corporate funding.
  • Proven ability to develop digital strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with empathy for the neurofibromatosis community.
