Role: Key Account Professional

This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a close-knit team in Brisbane as the key account manager for the region, responsible for the retention and growth of our largest accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively listening to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, and identifying opportunities and solutions that cater to those needs.
  • Developing client-specific strategy alongside stakeholders from solutions, trading, DnA and product teams, assuming accountability for executing/delivering client strategy.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on us and our clients.

You'll also be expected to:

  • Consistently achieving regional and personal sales targets, delivering business updates from your patch on a regular basis.
  • Delivering high-quality, timely OKRs that have meaningful impact on business growth.
  • Ensuring service level agreements are met and campaign operations are seamless.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ~5+ years of experience in the advertising/media industry (or similar).
  • Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising (client services/sales support/ad-ops background).
  • Experience creating and delivering growth strategies with proven results.
