As a senior retail professional, you will lead and manage a team of retail staff to drive sales and growth, maintain store appearance and ensure high standards are met.
This role is ideal for someone with previous management experience in retail who can develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth, leading and managing a team of retail staff, training and developing staff to meet business needs and maintaining store appearance and ensuring high standards are met.
Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategies
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth, including identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and implementing promotional changes.
Lead and Manage Retail StaffLead and manage a team of retail staff, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals and meet business objectives.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop staff to meet business needs, including providing ongoing coaching and guidance to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Maintain Store AppearanceMaintain store appearance and ensure high standards are met, including being responsible for the overall presentation and display of products and merchandise.
Work CollaborativelyWork collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including sharing ideas and expertise to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Previous Management Experience
Previous management experience in retail is essential for this role, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
Leadership SkillsStrong leadership skills are required to lead and manage a team of retail staff, including the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their goals and meet business objectives.
Communication SkillsExcellent communication skills are essential to communicate effectively with staff, customers and other stakeholders, including being able to provide clear and concise instructions and feedback.
Problem Solving SkillsGood problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve issues that may arise, including being able to think critically and make sound decisions.
