Summary:

As a senior retail professional, you will lead and manage a team of retail staff to drive sales and growth, maintain store appearance and ensure high standards are met.

This role is ideal for someone with previous management experience in retail who can develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

Maintain Store Appearance

Maintain store appearance and ensure high standards are met, including being responsible for the overall presentation and display of products and merchandise.

Work Collaboratively

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including sharing ideas and expertise to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience

Previous management experience in retail is essential for this role, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.

Leadership Skills

Strong leadership skills are required to lead and manage a team of retail staff, including the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their goals and meet business objectives.
