Job Opportunity: Commercial Performance Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Performance Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by identifying key trends, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring mobile churn, upgrades, and growth, as well as tracking market conditions and recognizing patterns that can influence disconnections and base growth.

  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities and to understand customer behavior.
  • Leveraging advanced Excel and SQL skills to conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in relevant commercial roles, a degree in Commerce, business, or economics, and exceptional analytical skills, including data manipulation, financial modeling, and commercial analysis.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, including written and verbal communication.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mobile churn, upgrades, and growth, tracking market conditions and recognising patterns that can influence disconnections and base growth.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and opportunities and to understand customer behaviour.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support initiatives, projects and yearly processes.
  • Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
  • Collaborate and align with key teams to prioritise the approval, arbitration and presentation of retention programs to customers at risk.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience in relevant or related industry commercial roles.
  • Degree qualified, ideally in Commerce, business or economics.
  • Expert Excel skills and advanced SQL skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills in data manipulation, development of financial models, commercial analysis; expert Excel skills required and previous experience in SQL / Tableau.
  • Possess excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, including written & verbal.
