Investment Fund Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Investment Fund Administrator to join our operations team.

  • A reputable financial services firm with large capitalization in Australia is looking for a skilled professional to manage and deliver the day-to-day administration of unlisted unit trusts / managed funds.

  • This role involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate responses to investor and adviser queries, as well as the production of daily reporting for clients.

  • The successful candidate will have prior experience within the investment bonds space, as well as knowledge and understanding of investments/superannuation or managed funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the day-to-day administration of unlisted unit trusts / managed funds.

  • Collaborate with other team members to meet daily deadlines and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audit processes.

  • Work closely with the customer success manager and operations manager to manage ad-hoc client requests.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience within the investment bonds space.

  • Knowledge and understanding of investments/superannuation or managed funds.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
