We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Client Service Manager, Unlisted to join our dedicated Unlisted Services team in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of a portfolio of unlisted fund clients under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate client registers using our internal registry system.
  • Help coordinate client communications, including reporting and updates.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-up actions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Payments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.
  • Learn and apply regulatory requirements relevant to registry operations.

About You

  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
  • Some experience or exposure to client services, fund administration, or financial services (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
  • A basic understanding of registry operations or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow professionally.
