Essential Requirements:

  • Australian work rights
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Certificate in Asthma/ Anaphylaxis/ CPR
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Valid Victoria Driver's Licence
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data collection tools

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in directorial roles within the sector
  • In-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQF frameworks
  • Ability to design and implement inspiring learning programs
  • Thorough knowledge of the Assessment and Rating process
  • Capacity to develop and execute a forward-thinking Quality Improvement Plan
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
