Leadership Opportunity in Early Years Management

We are seeking an enthusiastic leader to join our team as an Assistant Centre Director. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity that will allow you to work closely with the Centre director, supporting rooms and administration.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate their working knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Regulatory requirements and inspire and drive practices through mentoring Educators.

This role involves leading development of the curriculum and establishing clear goals and objectives for teaching and learning, encouraging reflective practice to provide effective learning experiences.

  • Partner with the Centre Director to build strong collaborative relationships with parents, families, Educators and the local community.
  • Lead and support a team of Educators by providing ongoing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Effective communication skills including delivering critical information to a diverse audience.
  • Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis.
