Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience implementing quality learning processes and improvements.
  • A deep understanding of contemporary learning theory and innovative teaching practices.
  • Experience leading teams, managing staff performance, and mentoring staff to achieve best practice.
  • Successful project leadership and capability building initiatives.
  • The ability to drive innovation using new technologies and practices.
