**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced arts administrator to join our team in Canberra Theatre Centre.

We have an exciting role available for a skilled professional who can coordinate venue-hire customer support, provide project support and service delivery for producing companies and creative teams, as well as proactive booking management. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for documenting, maintaining, and communicating event information to internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating venue-hire customer support and relationship management
  • Providing project support and service delivery for producing companies and creative teams
  • Proactive booking management including system administration of the Venue Ops bookings system
  • Documenting, maintaining, and communicating event information to internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, be high-energy, and have a commitment to efficiency and accuracy. You should also be willing to pitch in and assist on large projects when required.
