Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a Beverage Operations Leader to oversee the entire beverage operation and ensure exceptional standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with our leadership team to create innovative concepts, manage supplier relationships, and deliver a beverage culture that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing beverage team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee all beverage operations across venues and events within our hotel portfolio.
  • Curate premium beverage menus, from signature cocktails to exclusive wine lists.
  • Manage supplier partnerships, stock control, and cost optimization.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Develop training programs to ensure exceptional product knowledge and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience in a senior beverage management role within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
  • Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations.
  • Creative flair, with the ability to design and execute innovative beverage concepts.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event nights.
  • Current RSA certification.
