Hotel Manager

The Mansion Hotel & Spa, an iconic luxury hotel with a rich heritage and grand architecture, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to drive commercial growth, set new benchmarks in leadership and results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clear strategic plan to drive revenue growth through pricing strategy and top-line expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing team with clarity, accountability, and energy, leveraging the property's strengths to innovate and differentiate in the market.
  • Partner closely with Group leaders to align strategy, execution, and results, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy and top-line expansion, while maintaining exceptional guest experiences that translate into loyalty, reputation, and revenue.
  • Leverage the property's strengths to innovate and differentiate in the market, ensuring the hotel remains competitive and relevant in a rapidly changing industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven hospitality leadership experience in complex, high-performance environments, with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Mastery of revenue management, pricing strategy, and driving top-line growth, with a deep understanding of luxury or premium hotels.
  • Deep experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to influence and deliver results in multi-stakeholder structures.
  • Growth mindset and resilience to navigate challenges and adapt quickly, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
