We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to take the helm and lead the next chapter of our culinary journey. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be entrusted with leading day-to-day restaurant operations while shaping the overall guest experience. You'll work closely with our Food & Beverage Operations Manager and a kitchen team driven towards excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate front-of-house team
  • Drive a culture of service excellence and warm, intuitive hospitality
  • Manage and evolve restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership on food and beverage offerings
  • Curate and refine beverage menus, including wine pairings and seasonal cocktails
  • Develop and deliver training and upskilling to raise the standard at every level
  • Lead from the floor – visible, hands-on, and deeply connected to team and guests
  • Accountable for service standards, operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue targets
