Site Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction project team, you will play a critical role in planning and scheduling construction activities, monitoring project progress and resolving problems on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule construction activities
  • Monitor project progress and resolve problems on-site
  • Coordinate resources including personnel, equipment and materials
  • Provide support on planning, budgeting & reporting activities
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of allocated contracts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical), Construction Management or equivalent
  • 2+ years previous experience in managing civil construction based projects on site
  • Exceptional technical skills and problem solving ability
  • Exposure to rail/road culverts, wastewater, stormwater and/or potable water networks is beneficial to the role but not essential
