Project Manager - Construction Expert

A Project Manager plays a key role in the successful delivery of civil and structural works. This position offers the chance to step into a highly visible leadership role where your technical, communication, and problem-solving skills will directly impact project outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Developing and managing detailed construction programs to meet milestones and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Negotiating scope and pricing with subcontractors while maintaining value for money within project budgets.
  • Tracking project spend and preparing financial reports to support commercial decision-making.
  • Coordinating resources across site activities to maximise efficiency.
  • Oversight of day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting junior engineers and site teams.
  • Upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards across HSEQ frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Site-based experience across civil projects (earthworks, pavements, drainage, bridges, roads, etc.) for 2-5 years.
  • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • High commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
