Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to fill the role of Site Manager. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in commercial construction projects, specifically those valued between $1M-$10M.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction documents and possess excellent computer skills. Experience with Microsoft suite and Procore/Hammertech is highly desirable.
A Trade Certificate or Tertiary Qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management is also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, programs, and schedules.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure project success.
- Maintain effective written and verbal communication skills, facilitating collaboration among team members.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.
