AV Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AV Technician to join our team. As an AV Technician, you will play a crucial role in the operational phase of our attraction.

Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the attraction to ensure smooth operation across all zones, including nights and weekends.

You will handle various AV systems throughout the Sanctuary, assisting with installations, maintenance, and upgrades.

Additionally, you will support events at our venue, ensuring a safe work environment and contributing to the success of the attraction and memorable guest experiences.

About You
  • Proven experience in AV installation and operations
  • Knowledge of control systems and automation is highly desirable
  • Expertise in lighting and DMX programming, show cue programming
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot various AV systems
  • Equipment maintenance and repairs; soldering skills are highly regarded
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for multi-system problems
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends to support the night walk and onsite events
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • A valid driver's license; additional certifications such as rigging tickets or EWP licenses are highly desirable
  • Willingness to work outdoors in environments with native wildlife such as birds and reptiles
