About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AV Technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and wants to play a leadership role in our growing team. This position requires flexibility, strong technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver, set up, and pack down AV equipment at a range of venues
  • Test, connect, and troubleshoot both in-built and portable AV systems
  • Operate AV equipment for live and virtual events to ensure seamless delivery
  • Provide immediate assistance to venue staff with basic AV troubleshooting
  • Maintain our standard of outstanding customer service for all clients and venue partners
  • Participate in ongoing training and upskilling for professional growth
  • Support and mentor junior technicians as part of a collaborative team

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in corporate AV operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge across audio, video, and conferencing equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required
  • A proactive and leadership-oriented attitude – someone who wants to help grow the team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport (essential)
