About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior AV Technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and wants to play a leadership role in our growing team. This position requires flexibility, strong technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, set up, and pack down AV equipment at a range of venues
- Test, connect, and troubleshoot both in-built and portable AV systems
- Operate AV equipment for live and virtual events to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide immediate assistance to venue staff with basic AV troubleshooting
- Maintain our standard of outstanding customer service for all clients and venue partners
- Participate in ongoing training and upskilling for professional growth
- Support and mentor junior technicians as part of a collaborative team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in corporate AV operations.
- Strong technical knowledge across audio, video, and conferencing equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required
- A proactive and leadership-oriented attitude – someone who wants to help grow the team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport (essential)
