We are seeking an experienced Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring solutions to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation, with experience in working with various materials, including timber and vinyl. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standard.
- Collect materials from warehouse and deliver to site.
- Install flooring materials according to building plans.
- Ensure site health and safety compliance.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your work, including documentation of job completion and any issues encountered during the installation process.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years previous experience with floor installations (floor prep, timber, vinyl)
- Certified III in Carpentry or Flooring
- Self-motivated and solutions-oriented
- Physically fit, healthy, and able
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lead/train junior installers
- White card and associated skills certificates
- Valid driver's license
