About the Role

We are seeking a Media Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel media strategies that drive client results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead in authoring and presenting implementation recommendations and blueprint plans following the Unity process
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate blueprints ensuring media executives are updating plans post-trading and any changes are reflected and communicated back to the client
  • Managing quality outputs in all documents and reporting and working within agreed internal and external timelines
  • Forming a formidable partnership with performance-skewed counterparts
  • Managing optimal workflow by creating workback schedules to manage all internal and external deliverables
  • Working closely with strategy, connection design, and performance teams when developing combined channel plans that flow into an optimal implementation recommendation
  • Managing, mentoring, and inspiring media executives and coordinators

Requirements:

  • Demonstrating solid experience across media planning and buying and account management with a track record in delivering client results
  • Strong understanding of the Bohemia's Unity process working collaboratively within an integrated team and delivering best-in-class recommendations
  • Depth of experience in multi-channel and in-channel planning and execution tools and measurement
  • Demonstrating solid understanding of POSE channels and the role of performance channels within the broader marketing efforts of clients
  • Ability to build strong relationships with day-to-day marketing managers
  • Successful delivery to client campaign objectives and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and curious to evolve learning to keep up with new technologies and players in the market
  • High-level usage across key proprietary and industry tools to reinforce all responses
