The role of the Statutory Support Officer involves providing essential administrative support to help execute statutory functions under the Heritage Act 2017.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive administrative services to facilitate the execution of statutory tasks.
- Guarantee timely and accurate support, address operational challenges, and enhance business operations through continuous improvement.
- Ensure that tasks are completed within required timeframes and meet established standards.
- Support staff in adhering to and being trained on business processes, systems, and statutory procedures.
- Knowledge Management: Understands how individual work contributes to a system that interacts with other processes, people, and structures.
- Customer Focus: Recognizes customer requirements and understands how work addresses customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Identifies and manages complex, often competing stakeholder needs.
