Lease Retail Operations Manager

 

As a Lease Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store and driving business performance. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional results during peak trade periods.

We're seeking an experienced manager who can:

  • Enhance Performance: Coach and motivate staff to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strategize Success: Guide your team through key milestones such as Black Friday and Christmas, ensuring targets are exceeded.
  • Foster Growth: Recruit, train, and develop seasonal casuals into confident team members.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer interaction reflects high service standards.
  • Maintain Operations: Manage inventory, compliance, and loss prevention to maintain a smooth-running store.
  • Promote the Brand: Bring the brand to life through visual merchandising and local marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven Leadership: 2-4 years in a management role within customer-focused retail, preferably apparel or footwear.
  • Sales Expertise: Experience in achieving KPIs while balancing payroll and store expenses.
  • People Focus: Ability to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team, including seasonal hires.
  • Strong Communication: Skills to motivate teams and deliver unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Operational Skills: Organisation and attention to detail to maintain a seamless business operation.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and key retail tools.
