Store Manager Role

As a senior retail professional, you will lead our flagship store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial growth. You will be responsible for managing a large operational business, prioritizing tasks, and making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team, inspiring growth, development, and staff retention through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Manage stock efficiently in a fast-paced environment by implementing optimized inventory management systems
  • Develop individual skill sets and provide training and support to enhance employee performance and job satisfaction
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain a well-organized store that showcases products effectively
  • Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Apparel and big box experience is highly valued, but not essential
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and drive results
  • Passion for people and delivering excellent customer experiences to build brand loyalty and drive sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively to foster strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike
