Store Leadership Opportunity

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store with a large team and significant financial turnover. Your primary objective is to create an exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty.
  • Drive consistent service standards across multiple departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage budgets and drive profitability through smart product placement.
  • Lead back-of-house teams with high-volume deliveries and maintain efficient process management.
  • Build a positive team culture through coaching and recognising good work.
