About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Coordinator to join our team in Griffith/Wagga Wagga, NSW. This full-time ongoing opportunity will provide critical support to individuals in the first three months following a suicide attempt, helping them access non-clinical care and practical resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver non-clinical care and practical support to individuals and their families.
  • Collaborate with participants to develop and review personalized well-being plans.
  • Support engagement in intake and assessment processes, liaising with hospitals and agencies as necessary.
  • Facilitate connections to health, clinical, and community-based support services.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation of participant activities.
  • Uphold participant rights, confidentiality, and self-determination while ensuring safety planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key referrers and consortium partners.
  • Participate in monitoring, reporting, and evaluation activities to achieve program objectives.

About the Salary

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $78,300 - $83,820, plus benefits, based on a 38-hour workweek and assuming no over-award payments or additional allowances.
