Key Responsibilities- Provide cost-effective, professional, and customer-focused workers compensation claims management services.
- Determine liability for complex claims within the designated timeframe.
- Act as a technical reference point for team members, providing advice and mentoring to increase capability.
- Collaborate with other claims departments to deliver well-informed decisions.
We are looking for a Workers Compensation expert with:
- A high level of technical expertise in workers compensation claims management.
- Strong client and customer engagement and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of general business and administrative practices.
- Excellent knowledge and application of the Accident Compensation Act.
- High-level analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Coaching and mentoring skills and experience.
