We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to lead our team in delivering actionable insights and strategic decision-making across Marketing.

Job Description
  • Lead the use of advanced analytical techniques for exploring data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Understand the digital customer experience, including trends and customer data flow, to translate into strategy design.
  • Conduct pre/post campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy.
  • Develop improved analysis approaches and test and learn frameworks.

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business outcomes, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will also be expected to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in SQL and analytics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer experience.
  • Financial services experience, especially consumer or business banking.
  • Be open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
