In the role of Consultant, Customer Communication Insights you will join the Customer Communication Insights team that's doubling down on owning it.
Each Day, You'll Go Above And Beyond To Lead the use of advanced analytical techniques for exploring data to provide data driven insights and support strategic decision making across Marketing Understand the digital customer experience, including trends and customer data flow to translate into strategy design Conduct pre/post campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy Develop improved analysis approaches and test and learn frameworks We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
You'll need: Experience in SQL and analytics Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of digital customer experience Financial services experience, especially consumer or business banking To be open minded, proactive and eager to learn new skills A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
