Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team performance by leading, motivating and developing the Customer Service Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create a positive work environment and continually improve team performance, customer satisfaction and delivery by analysing data.
- Manage workload effectively by setting expectations at the start of each day and monitoring individual sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard and develop new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Ensure excellent customer service through effective call monitoring and coaching.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and back-office feedback.
- Ensure accurate data input and processing on our CRM system.
- Implement risk management strategies and maintain effective cover for management.
- Escalate technical issues promptly using data-driven insights.
- Manage customer satisfaction through end-of-call surveys, case management surveys and back-office feedback.
