Receptionist/ Office Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist/ Office Support Specialist to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services. As the first point of contact for all employees and site visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors and employees, providing guidance and information as needed.
Answer and triage incoming calls, taking detailed and accurate messages as required.
Receive and sign deliveries, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and organize couriers to collect items.
Keep the reception and general office space clean, tidy, and safe for all employees and visitors.
Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as requested by your manager to support the ongoing success of our office.
Requirements:
Confident, friendly, and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proactive and reliable, with a great work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with visitors and employees at all levels.
Ability to guide and support on multiple priorities simultaneously and seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail.
National Criminal History Check completed within the last six (6) months.
