Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist/ Office Support Specialist to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services. As the first point of contact for employees and site visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors and employees, offering guidance and information as needed.
Answer and triage incoming calls, taking detailed and accurate messages as required.
Receive and sign deliveries, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and organize couriers to collect items.
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the reception and general office space, including catering in meeting rooms and performing general cleaning tasks as needed.
Offer administrative support and complete ad-hoc duties as requested by your manager to ensure the ongoing success of our office.
Requirements:
Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proactive and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with visitors and employees at all levels.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
National Criminal History Check completed within the last six (6) months.
