We are seeking a seasoned operator to spearhead the growth and success of our premium health food concept in Sydney.

About the Role:
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to drive business expansion, optimize operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • As an operator with up to 40% ownership, you will lead the team in a hands-on role, leveraging your expertise to drive business results.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to grow the operation in line with our national franchise vision, capitalizing on prime locations, long-term leases, high-quality fit-outs, and strong brand recognition.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
  • You will inspire and motivate the team to achieve high standards of service and performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operational leadership roles within hospitality, quick-service restaurants (QSR), or food retail.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with a passion for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team motivation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve excellent results.
