The Job Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and seamless operation of automated and part-manual production systems.

You will be working in our manufacturing environment, specifically on our powder coating line, where your main responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading products or components onto the paint line safely and efficiently, with particular attention to powder coating requirements.
  • Inspecting products for defects or damage before and after powder coating.
  • Assisting with setup and maintenance of the powder coating line to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety and quality standards, especially in relation to powder coating operations.
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure production targets are met.
  • Performing basic cleaning and maintenance tasks on the powder coating line equipment as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a powder coating line or similar setting.
  • Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and load materials as required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • A commitment to safety and adherence to workplace health and safety protocols, with focus on powder coating safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Load/unload products or components onto the paint line safely and efficiently, focusing on powder coating requirements.

Inspect products for defects/damage before/after powder coating.

Support setup/maintenance of the powder coating line for optimal performance.

Ensure a clean/safe working environment adhering to safety/quality standards.

Work closely with team members to meet production targets.
