We are seeking an experienced professional to work on commercial, industrial and residential powder coating projects. This role involves operating high-quality machinery and applying a smooth, even coat of paint to a variety of substrates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in powder coating is essential for this position
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift material when required
  • Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm

Additional shifts may be available during peak periods

Requirements:

  • Full-time position
  • Ability to commute to Sydney daily
