About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter with expertise in powder coating to join our dynamic production team. This hands-on role involves preparing and coating various materials using advanced techniques and equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare parts for coating using sandblasting, cleaning, dipping, and masking techniques
  • Apply powder coating using guns, hoppers, and booth systems
  • Monitor equipment and inspect coating quality using visual checks and viscometers
  • Bake coated parts at correct temperatures
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
  • Load/unload parts using fixtures and overhead cranes

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in powder coating or industrial painting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and manufacturing techniques
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Physically fit with good vision and ability to perform manual tasks
