Opportunities abound for a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Powder Coating Manager.

This role is critical to the success of our operations, overseeing the management of our new SAT Cube Vertical Powder Coating Line.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of powder coating and considerable industry experience running a vertical or horizontal line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • To oversee installation and commissioning of the line.
  • To recruit and develop personnel to run the line effectively.
  • To ensure the line is certified by leading paint manufacturers.
  • To develop continuous improvement programs targeting safety, productivity, product quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • To work closely with the Operations team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of powder coating and considerable industry experience running a vertical or horizontal line.
  • Demonstrated understanding of powder coating, customer service, and people management.
  • Previous experience in the installation and commissioning of paint lines (desired).
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage resources effectively.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
