Project Manager Position

Job Overview:


We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within our Data and AI team. This role involves working closely with other teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, timelines, and agile ceremonies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage project delivery and product features.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) for multiple squads.
  • Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Manage inter-team and cross-departmental dependencies and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years in a Senior Iteration Manager or Delivery Manager role.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and their practical application.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and resolve complex dependencies and impediments.
  • Proficient with Agile project and collaboration management tools.
