As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of project delivery requests to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes in accordance with stated objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and drive structured schedules, resourcing, and milestone project plans
  • Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, adapting and modifying plans based on changing data or conditions
  • Assist in planning and ensuring that projects track to resources, timeframes, and budget constraints
  • Manage open issues, negotiate impact decisions, and guide issues within internal and external groups to resolution
  • Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes ranging from 8 weeks to 12 months
  • Facilitate impact analysis activities to manage changes to scope, time, and cost following standard Change Control processes
  • Hold team members accountable for their commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables
  • Anticipate, identify, document, and manage key program risks, proposing mitigation and contingency plans, and communicate to stakeholders and senior management
  • Manage external stakeholders
  • Analyze business and technical trade-offs among alternatives, formulating workable solutions, and driving consensus on recommendations
  • Frame communication and discussions for the intended audience, with appropriate context and line of sight

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience working in a software environment within Professional Services
  • Experience delivering projects to external clients and engaging with third parties to deliver projects
  • Strong experience in working with Professional Services accounting systems, including time, cost, and invoice management
  • Strong planning acumen and self-starter that prioritizes against delivery goals
  • Effective communication strengths to anticipate needs and ensure teams have the information they need to be effective
  • Analytic & strategic thinking based on deriving insights from disparate pieces of information and translating those insights into action and mitigation plans
  • Strong decision-making skills despite ambiguous data and situations, balancing long-term vs. short-term objectives
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with proven ability to establish priorities and achieve results with strong communication skills
  • BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related area (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Project Management Professional certification
